About Our Group
Rise was established in 2003 and is part of Murray Capital, the private investment division of Murray International Holdings, one of Scotland’s leading private companies. Rise was created through the vision of John Boyle, a long-term senior figure within Murray International, who hired Gregor Campbell, our Managing Director, to work with him to build our Group.
We are a corporate member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation and differentiate from others in our sector by offering value-added services in order to help our clients realise significantly higher return on investing in our services.
Unlike others in our field, we do not employ revenue-targeted recruitment consultants. We operate a service-led model which ensures both clients and candidates are treated with honesty and dignity.
Rise works to a variety of quality standards and supports and develops all our employees.
The Rise leadership team contains significant collective experience in our chosen service areas including recruitment, retention, culture and communication, training and payroll services.
